Wij zijn op zoek naar een Projectleider die zijn team weet te coachen en optimaal te laten presteren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de werkvoorbereiding van projecten en onderhoud, het afbakenen, organiseren en plannen van onder andere budgetten, contracten, materiaal en projectadministratie.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Projectleider is geen dag hetzelfde.

Aansturen van het team en zorgen voor een efficiënte inzet van middelen en personeel. Je motiveert en begeleidt je team om optimale prestaties te leveren en leidt projectvergaderingen en evaluaties om continu te verbeteren.

Bewaken van de voortgang van projecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat het project op schema blijft, volgens plan verloopt en voldoet aan de gestelde kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen.

Zorgdragen voor de naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen. Je waarborgt de veiligheid en kwaliteit tijdens de uitvoering van het project en zorgt dat alles conform regelgeving en interne standaarden verloopt.

Beheren van projectadministratie en contractmanagement. Je houdt de administratie op orde, rapporteert tijdig naar het management en bewaakt contractuele afspraken, inclusief meer- en minderwerk.

Afstemming en relatiebeheer met klanten. Je onderhoudt contact met klanten over planning, kosten, kwaliteit en voortgang, en bouwt aan duurzame relaties met oog voor commerciële kansen.

Wat breng je mee?

Je inspireert je team met een coachende aanpak en benut je commerciële drive en netwerk in de industrie om kansen te creëren en projecten succesvol te realiseren.

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • In ieder geval 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie als projectleider
  • VCA (VOL) en rijbewijs B
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, Duits is een pré
  • Je hebt ervaring met het werken met technische tekeningen
