Als Assistant Controller speel je een belangrijke en zelfstandige rol binnen onze financiële afdeling. Je draagt bij aan een betrouwbare financiële administratie en waardevolle stuurinformatie waarmee het management de organisatie kan aansturen. Je kijkt verder dan de cijfers, signaleert ontwikkelingen en afwijkingen en komt met inzichten en initiatieven die de organisatie verder helpen.

Tegelijkertijd investeren we graag in jouw ontwikkeling. We bieden je de ruimte om je kennis en verantwoordelijkheden verder uit te bouwen en jezelf binnen Finance te ontwikkelen. Afhankelijk van jouw ambities, kwaliteiten en ontwikkeling zijn er mogelijkheden om op termijn door te groeien naar een bredere of zwaardere financiële rol.

Wat ga je doen?

Samenwerking binnen Finance. Samen met de Teamlead Financiële Administratie vorm je een sterk team waarin jullie elkaar aanvullen. Je hebt een zelfstandige verantwoordelijkheid binnen Finance en draagt vanuit jouw expertise bij aan financiële vraagstukken, verbeteringen en de verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling.

Financiële rapportages en analyses. Je ondersteunt bij de maandrapportages en resultaatanalyses en vertaalt financiële informatie naar relevante inzichten. Je signaleert ontwikkelingen en afwijkingen en komt met analyses die het management helpen om gericht bij te sturen.

Cashflowbeheer en forecasting. Je verzorgt cashflowrapportages en stelt liquiditeitsforecasts op, waarmee het management inzicht krijgt in de verwachte kasstromen en tijdig kan bijsturen.

Ontwikkelen tot BTW-expert. Je verzorgt de BTW-aangiftes en verdiept je in BTW-vraagstukken die binnen onze organisatie spelen. Je krijgt de ruimte om je kennis en expertise verder uit te bouwen en je te ontwikkelen tot dé BTW-specialist binnen Finance.

Activa- en investeringsbeheer. Je beheert de activaregistratie en verwerkt investeringen (CAPEX). Je bewaakt het volledige CAPEX-proces, van aanvraag en goedkeuring tot verwerking, en ziet erop toe dat investeringen voldoen aan de interne richtlijnen en HQ-goedkeuringsprocedures.

  • Goede kennis van Excel en financiële systemen.
