The posting

Als Rope Access Supervisor (IRATA3) leid je een team van Rope Access Technicians levels 1 en 2 bij het uitvoeren van werkzaamheden op hoogte, zoals isolatie, inspectie, schilderen, mechanisch sleutelwerk en hijsen, en zorg je ervoor dat hun werkplekken toegankelijk zijn. Je begeleidt collega's en draagt bij aan de groei van het team.

Waar ben je verantwoordelijk voor?

Jij leidt touwtechnische projecten op hoogte met focus op veiligheid, teamkracht en vlekkeloze uitvoering.

Verzorgen van correcte uitvoering van werkzaamheden. Jij zorgt samen met jouw team voor een veilige en correcte uitvoering van diverse touwtechnische werkzaamheden op hoogte

Werkvoorbereiding. Jij zorgt ervoor dat werkvergunningen en projectplannen doorgenomen worden, reddingsplannen opgesteld worden en voor de uitvoering van LMRA’s.

Teamleiding. Je stuurt een team Rope Access Technicians (levels 1 en 2) aan op veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiviteit, en ondersteunt hen actief in hun professionele ontwikkeling

Projectbeheer. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor projecten en stel rapportages op voor dag-, week- en projectspecifieke voortgang.

Wat breng je mee?

  • MBO- werk- en denkniveau
  • IRATA level 3 certificaat en ervaring in de industrie/petrochemie
  • VCA-VOL certificaat of bent bereid deze te halen
  • Rijbewijs B
  • Bereidheid om wacht- en consignatiediensten te draaien, waar je extra vergoeding voor krijgt
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar in regio Rotterdam en op diverse locaties in Nederland, zowel on- als offshore
  • Kennis van MS Office
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
