Boards & More ist ein international tätiges Sportartikelunternehmen und gehört zu den Weltmarktführern in Trendsportarten wie Kitesurfen, Windsurfen, Wingfoilen, Stand-Up-Paddleboarding und Biking. Wir leben das Gefühl, das unsere Marken vermitteln, und identifizieren uns stark mit der Welt des Actionsports und den sie umgebenden Elementen. Zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir zur Verstärkung eine/n Produktmanager E-Foiling (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

Als Produktmanager E-Foiling verbindest du technisches Produktverständnis mit kaufmännischem Denken. Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Product, Sales, Marketing, Fertigungspartnern und unseren internationalen Märkten. Du sorgst dafür, dass unser E-Foiling-Portfolio marktgerecht geplant, überzeugend positioniert und erfolgreich vermarktet wird.

Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf Produktmanagement, kommerzieller Planung und technischer Marktunterstützung. Die Verantwortung für Produktentwicklung, Industrialisierung und Qualität liegt bei den jeweiligen Fachfunktionen, mit denen du eng zusammenarbeitest.

  • Produkt- und Absatzplanung: Du verantwortest Forecasts, Bedarfsplanung und kommerzielle Produktplanung und erstellst Produktkalkulationen und Business Cases in Abstimmung mit Sales und unseren Fertigungspartnern.
  • Markt- und Portfolioanalyse: Du analysierst Markt-, Abverkaufs-, Bestands- und Ergebnisdaten und leitest daraus konkrete Empfehlungen für Portfolio, Beschaffung und Vertrieb ab.
  • Operative Koordination: Du koordinierst Mengenallokationen, Produktionszeitpläne und Abrufbestellungen und stellst verlässliche Produktdaten in ERP- und operativen Systemen sicher.
  • Technische Produktkommunikation: Du baust fundiertes Wissen über das gesamte Portfolio auf und übersetzt technische Eigenschaften in klare Kundenvorteile, USPs und Verkaufsargumente.
  • Sales-Unterstützung und Training: Du erstellst technische Produktinformationen, Verkaufsunterlagen und Präsentationen, führst Produktschulungen durch und unterstützt bei technischen Kundengesprächen und Händlerterminen.
  • Produkteinführungen: Du koordinierst die marktseitige Vorbereitung von Launches und stellst sicher, dass Produktinformationen, Schulungen und Verkaufsmaterialien rechtzeitig verfügbar sind.
  • Marktfeedback: Du bündelst Rückmeldungen aus Märkten, Handel, Kundenkontakten und Reklamationen, bewertest ihre Relevanz und verfolgst die Bearbeitung mit Entwicklung, Industrialisierung und Qualität.
  • Marktpräsenz: Du vertrittst Duotone Electric und unsere Produkte bei Events, Demos und internationalen Meetings.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, technischen Produktmarketing, Application Engineering oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion mit ausgeprägtem kaufmännischem Bezug
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Begeisterung für anspruchsvolle Produkte
  • Erfahrung mit Forecasts, Absatz- und Bedarfsplanung, Produktkalkulationen oder Business Cases
  • Fähigkeit, Daten zu analysieren und komplexe technische Inhalte verständlich und verkaufsorientiert aufzubereiten
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Marketing, Fertigungspartnern, Händlern oder internationalen Distributoren
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie Freude an Präsentationen, Schulungen und direktem Kundenkontakt
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, Themen über verschiedene Funktionen hinweg voranzutreiben
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und Analysewerkzeugen
  • Erfahrung im Foiling, in E-Mobility oder mit anderen technischen Konsumgütern ist ein Muss
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen
