Tanggung Jawab Utama (Key Accountability):

  • Melakukan inspeksi rutin pada sistem kitchen, listrik, plumbing, dan mekanikal.
  • Melakukan perbaikan ringan pada peralatan, fasilitas, dan infrastruktur properti.
  • Merespon dengan cepat permintaan maintenance dari tim operasional.
  • Mencatat aktivitas maintenance serta melaporkan isu besar kepada atasan.
  • Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan dan jadwal preventive maintenance.
  • Memantau serta mengelola penggunaan alat kerja dan suku cadang (spare parts).

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal SMK (diutamakan jurusan teknik, listrik, atau mekanikal).
  • Pengalaman 1–2 tahun di bidang maintenance; pengalaman di industri F&B restaurant menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Puncak, Bogor.
  • Mampu membaca manual peralatan dan diagram dasar.
  • Memiliki kemampuan literasi dasar untuk pencatatan maintenance dan memahami instruksi keselamatan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan numerik dasar untuk pengukuran dan perhitungan perbaikan.
  • Memiliki kemampuan problem solving, proaktif, teliti, kondisi fisik yang baik, serta memiliki kesadaran tinggi terhadap keselamatan kerja.
