Ihre Aufgabe: Nach einer fokussierten Einarbeitung übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für die Leitung des Betriebs. Ihre Aufgaben erstrecken sich von der Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs unter Einhaltung von Qualität, Kosten und Terminen über die Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation der Mitarbeitenden in Produktion und angrenzenden Bereichen bis hin zur Mitwirkung an Investitionsentscheidungen sowie an Maßnahmen zur Effizienz- und Qualitätssteigerung. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt Ihrer Tätigkeit liegt auch in der Koordination der Entwicklung. Im Austausch mit Kunden, Lieferanten und in Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen treiben Sie hier die Entwicklung neuer Produkte voran und begleiten deren Einführung in die Produktion. In Ihrer Funktion berichten Sie direkt an die Geschäftsführung. Entscheidend für Ihren Erfolg ist Ihre Fähigkeit eine zuverlässige, hoch qualitative Abwicklung laufender Aufträge mit einer strukturierten, effizienten Integration von Innovationen in den laufenden Betrieb zu verbinden.
