Während einer zielgerichteten Einarbeitung lernen Sie das Team und unsere vielfältigen Produkte kennen und besuchen Schulungen und Weiterbildungen. Parallel übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für die Identifikation, Recherche und Gewinnung neuer Kunden in Ihrem Gebiet sowie die Pflege der Beziehung zu Bestandskunden. Dabei identifizieren Sie Trends, Branchen und Unternehmen, machen Besuchstermine, besuchen Messen und nehmen Anfragen potenzieller Kunden an. Intern stimmen Sie sich mit Ihren Vertriebskolleg*innen, dem Innendienst, der Anwendungstechnik sowie der Vertriebsleitung ab, um maßgeschneiderte technische Lösungen für Ihre Kunden zu finden. Maßgeblich für Ihren Erfolg ist Ihre Fähigkeit Verständnis für die Anwendungsbereiche unserer Produkte mit Ihrem vertrieblichen Engagement zu verbinden.
