Allt vi skapar görs från grunden med näringsrika råvaror som ger långsiktig energi och hälsa. Vi bakar helt fritt från gluten, laktos och raffinerat socker. För oss är hållbarhet centralt; vi arbetar aktivt med ekologiska, lokala och säsongsbaserade ingredienser samt minimerar matsvinn och plast.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

  • Baka och skapa vårt unika sortiment av glutenfria bröd, bakverk och rawfika.
  • Experimentera fram nya, innovativa recept helt utan raffinerat socker.
  • Fokusera på råvaran genom att arbeta med naturliga sötningsmedel, nötter och frön.
  • Arbeta aktivt mot svinn och bidra till vårt starka miljö- och hållbarhetsfokus.
  • Säkerställa strikt hygien och kvalitet enligt HACCP och våra rutiner kring allergener.

Vem är du?

  • Erfaren bagare/konditor med en stor passion för hälsa, näring och allergibakning.
  • En Passionerad person med en god kunskap kring hälsosamma alternativ
  • Kreativ och nyfiken kreatör som älskar att testa nya ingredienser och metoder.
  • Noggrann och förstår vikten av att hålla produktionen helt ren från allergener.
  • En positiv lagspelare som bidrar till vår familjära stämning och går till jobbet med ett leende.
