Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and translate findings into practical controls and remediation plans.
  • Enable the business through privacy‑by‑design guidance, and operational playbooks that balance compliance with business objectives.
  • Automate low-risk activities and processes in favor of risk-based guardrails and other enablers.
  • Strengthen program governance including policy management, data subject request processes (DSR), and training and awareness programs tailored to role and context.
  • Configure, administer, and configure privacy point solutions (e.g., OneTrust) with optimized intake workflows, DSR handling, website controls, and operational reporting.
  • Design and deliver relatable, role‑specific privacy training and awareness campaigns tailored to audience needs and operational contexts.
  • Optimize the risk and control framework for privacy risks; perform control testing and further mature documentation of in-control status.
  • Continuously advance privacy program maturity using KPIs, audit findings, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Prepare and provide regular, actionable updates to leadership on key risks and corrective actions.

  • Experience conducting Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIAs) and translating results into controls and remediation
  • Experience configuring privacy point solutions such as OneTrust to automate workflows and reporting
  • Experience in program governance: policy management, Data Subject Request (DSR) handling, training development and delivery, and policy lifecycle oversight
  • Experience enabling the business through guardrails, privacy‑by‑design, and operational policy guidance
  • Experience partnering across teams and enabling business adoption of privacy controls
  • Experience translating complex policies and regulations into clear, pragmatic controls
  • Experience running privacy regulatory projects and communicating with senor leaders across a variety of stakeholders

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
