El Sales Advisor de BOGGI Milano construye relaciones sólidas con los clientes y convierte cada día la visión de la marca y sus objetivos comerciales en resultados concretos.

Responsabilidades

  • Alcanzar los objetivos de venta definidos por el Store Manager;
  • Trabajar en sinergia con los compañeros, apoyando al equipo y contribuyendo a crear un clima de confianza mutua;
  • Mantener una actitud positiva, equilibrada y constructiva, incluso en situaciones de presión, demostrando coherencia y un fuerte compromiso profesional con una mentalidad orientada a la mejora continua;
  • Recibir, involucrar y establecer relaciones con los clientes mediante una escucha activa y ofreciendo un enfoque de venta consultiva coherente con el posicionamiento de la marca BOGGI Milano;
  • Transformar el análisis de los principales KPIs en acciones correctivas concretas destinadas a mejorar el rendimiento de la boutique;
  • Convertir cada interacción con el cliente en una experiencia de cliente excelente mediante un storytelling específico, un profundo conocimiento del producto y un enfoque de venta orientado a satisfacer al máximo las necesidades de cada cliente;
  • Gestionar eficazmente el tiempo y las prioridades diarias.

Tu perfil

  • Tienes al menos un año de experiencia en ventas en el sector de moda premium/menswear;
  • Tienes un buen dominio del inglés; el conocimiento de otros idiomas será considerado un plus.
