1、实时计算开发： 参与业务实时数据链路建设，基于 Flink + Kafka 进行数据清洗、实时特征处理及流式指标统计。 2、离线数仓开发： 协助构建离线数仓（Hive / Spark），编写并优化 SQL 脚本，完成日常 ETL 任务开发与多维数据报表沉淀。 3、性能与稳定性保障： 参与 OLAP 引擎（StarRocks / ClickHouse / Doris）的表结构设计与查询优化，协助排查流任务反压、数据倾斜等日常问题。 4、AI 提效探索： 践行 Vibe Coding 敏捷开发理念，善用 Cursor、Copilot 等 AI 编程工具快速实现业务原型、构建测试用例及加速代码交付。

1、基础能力： 本科及以上学历在读（计算机、软件、数学等相关专业优先），具备扎实的数据结构与算法功底。 2、编程能力： 熟练掌握 Java 基础（了解集合、并发编程）；具备扎实的 SQL 功底，能编写复杂开窗函数、多表关联并具备初步的查询调优意识。 3、计算框架： 接触或学习过 Flink 实时计算框架（了解 DataStream API、Window、State 机制者优先）；了解 Hive、Spark、Kafka 等常见大数据组件。 4、AI 敏捷思维： 具备良好的“人机协作/Vibe Coding”意识，能熟练借助现代 AI 编程助手高效编写代码、辅助 Debug 与算法原型落地。 5、综合素质： 逻辑思维严密，沟通顺畅，学习能力强，能每周保证至少 4 天实习、实习期 3 个月以上。
