1. 根据项目需求完成所需游戏内3D特效与2Dspine动画制作； 2. 具有一定手绘能力和3D模型软件操作经验，能完成特效表现所需的贴图绘制与模型制作； 3. 配合策划、美术、程序等团队成员完成特效需求落地，理解设计意图，将效果制作并在引擎中实现，保证表现效果符合项目风格； 4. 协助参与特效方案设计，学习并掌握不同类型特效的制作方法，能够根据需求完成特效拆解、制作和优化； 5. 参与游戏特效性能优化工作，在指导下调整特效资源结构、粒子数量、材质使用等，保证效果表现与运行性能平衡； 6. 配合团队完成特效规范整理和资源维护，提升制作效率，保证特效资源符合项目制作流程； 7. 关注行业趋势及优秀游戏案例，持续学习前沿技术，不断提升自身审美和制作能力。

1. 本科及以上学历，美术、数字媒体、动画、游戏设计等相关专业优先； 2. 掌握Unity、3Dmax、Maya、Blender、Spine、Photoshop、After Effects等特效制作相关软件和引擎，有较好的软件学习能力； 3. 熟悉Unity等游戏引擎基础操作，有一定3D特效制作经验，了解粒子系统、Shader、序列帧、模型动画等相关制作流程，熟练掌握unity特效制作经验者佳； 4. 具备一定美术基础，理解色彩搭配、造型设计、运动规律和节奏变化，对游戏特效具有较好的审美能力； 5. 有游戏Demo、课程项目、个人作品或相关实习经验优先，能够展示个人特效作品集； 6. 热爱游戏行业，对游戏特效制作有兴趣，具备较强的学习能力、责任心和团队协作意识； 7. 工作积极主动，愿意接受指导和反馈，能够快速融入团队并持续成长。
