1、广告投放与增长：负责公司小游戏产品在巨量引擎、腾讯广告等主流媒体平台的广告投放，根据产品目标制定并执行投放策略，合理分配预算，对投放规模及 ROI 等核心指标负责。 2、数据监控与策略优化：持续跟踪投放账户及产品转化数据，及时发现数据波动与增长机会，通过数据分析快速定位问题并调整投放策略，持续提升投放效率。 3、平台与流量研究：研究不同广告平台的流量机制、算法逻辑及用户特征，持续关注平台政策、产品能力及行业动态，探索新的流量机会和投放策略。 4、素材策略与创意策划：洞察市场趋势、用户偏好及广告素材风向，结合游戏玩法及产品卖点，策划广告创意方向及素材脚本；协同设计等团队完成素材制作，并根据投放数据持续迭代优化。 5、数据分析与业务复盘：独立完成投放数据的整理、分析与阶段性复盘，沉淀有效的方法论及素材/投放策略，不断探索更高效的渠道、素材与投放组合。

1、2027届本科及以上学历，有游戏/互联网广告投放/用户增长等相关实习经历者优先。 2、热爱游戏，对小游戏行业有兴趣，有较丰富的游戏体验，关注市场热门及成功游戏产品，能够从用户和产品视角分析游戏玩法及核心卖点。 3、数据敏感度高，逻辑分析能力强，能够通过数据发现问题并提出解决思路；具备较好的产品理解、业务分析及快速学习能力。 4、结果导向，具备较强的主动性和执行力，能够适应快速变化的业务环境，具备良好的沟通协作能力和抗压能力。 5、具备良好的 AI 工具使用意识，主动使用 ChatGPT、Claude、DeepSeek 等 AI 工具辅助信息搜集、数据分析、创意策划或提升工作效率；熟练使用飞书、Office 等基础办公软件。 【加分项】 1、有小游戏、游戏买量、广告投放或用户增长相关实习/项目经历； 2、熟悉巨量引擎、腾讯广告等广告平台，了解基础投放指标及效果广告逻辑； 3、对数据分析感兴趣，掌握 Excel、SQL、Python 等数据处理工具中的一种或多种； 4、对 AI 应用有较强兴趣，能够主动探索 AI 在素材创意、数据分析、广告投放等场景中的应用。
