1、发行策略与目标推进：参与制定游戏发行阶段的短中期目标及运营规划，围绕产品生命周期、用户增长及商业化目标制定行动方案，并协调内外部资源推进落地。 2、项目管理与版本推进：参与游戏项目全生命周期管理，协同研发团队制定开发计划及版本规划，跟进关键开发节点，推动项目按计划高质量落地。 3、产品设计与版本优化：深度参与游戏核心玩法、系统、数值、商业化及运营活动等内容的讨论与设计，结合用户反馈及业务目标提出优化建议；根据项目需要产出产品设计文档，并推动方案落地。 4、市场及竞品研究：持续关注游戏市场及行业趋势，分析同品类及优秀竞品的玩法设计、商业化模式、运营策略等，提炼可借鉴方向，输出竞品分析及产品优化方案。 5、数据分析与运营优化：负责游戏日常运营及版本更新后的核心数据监控，分析关键指标变化及原因，及时发现产品问题与增长机会，并协同相关团队推动优化措施落地。

1、2027届硕士及以上学历，理工科、数据分析、计算机等相关专业优先；有游戏运营、游戏发行、游戏策划、产品运营等相关实习经历者优先。 2、热爱游戏及游戏行业，游戏体验丰富，持续关注市场热门产品及行业动态，能够从玩法设计、用户体验、商业化等维度分析游戏产品；关注小游戏行业及平台生态，了解微信小游戏、抖音小游戏等主流平台，对热门小游戏、品类趋势及市场变化具备一定的洞察和判断能力。 3、具备良好的逻辑分析和问题解决能力，对数据敏感，能够快速理解业务问题、拆解问题并形成解决思路。 4、自驱力和执行力强，具备较好的抗压能力，能够在快速变化的项目环境中主动推进问题解决，对结果负责。 5、具备良好的沟通协调及跨团队协作能力，能够根据不同场景灵活制定沟通策略，有效协调研发、策划、美术、市场等相关资源，推动目标达成。
