The posting

岗位职责： 1. 原创音效与配乐创作： 根据游戏玩法与美术风格，负责高品质背景音乐（BGM）、UI音效、核心战斗/反馈音效，以及通过AI制作角色配音等提升游戏的打击感与沉浸感，同时把控外包交付品质。 2. 引擎集成与表现实现： 使用 Cocos 、白鹭 或 Unity 等引擎进行音频资源的导入与配置，配合开发人员调试音频播放逻辑，解决跨平台（iOS/Android）的声音兼容性问题。 3. 音频性能优化与管理： 针对微信小游戏包体与内存限制，制定音频压缩与分包策略，在保证音质的前提下极限控制资源大小，并持续监控和优化线上版本的音频内存占用。 4. 长线运营与市场支持： 负责游戏上线后版本迭代、节日活动的音频更新，并协助市场部门制作买量广告、宣传视频的配乐与剪辑工作，实现音频资源的多维度复用。

任职要求: 1. 专业软件能力： 熟练掌握Cubase、protoosl、Reaper、logic等至少一种数字音频工作站DAW 2. 引擎开发经验： 熟悉主流小游戏开发引擎（白鹭/Cocos/Unity），了解微信开发者工具，能够独立处理引擎内的音频触发逻辑及参数调节。 3. 性能优化意识： 熟练的使用Wwise/CriWare中间件进行音频整合和管理 4. 综合协作素质： 有游戏音频设计工作经验，具有团队协作精神，擅长沟通，拥有优秀的游戏拆解能力和沟通能力，能主动从音频角度提出提升留存与付费反馈的建议
