协助资深特效师完成2D特效相关制作，包括但不限于界面特效、角色技能特效、场景氛围特效、粒子特效等，贴合项目风格需求； 配合美术、策划团队，理解需求文档，参与特效效果讨论，根据反馈快速调整优化特效细节，确保效果达标； 收集整理特效相关素材、参考案例，协助维护特效资源库，提升制作效率； 学习并运用特效制作工具，配合项目进度完成分配的实习任务，保证交付质量和时效； 主动关注行业内2D特效新风格、新技术，积极提出创意想法，协助优化制作流程。

2027届本科及以上在校生（动画、数字媒体艺术、视觉设计、游戏美术等相关专业优先），能保证稳定实习时长； 具备基础的2D特效制作能力，熟悉Spine、AE、PS等核心工具，了解粒子特效、帧动画制作逻辑，有相关作品（校园作业、个人练习均可）者优先； 对游戏、短视频、影视等领域的2D特效有浓厚兴趣，审美在线，能快速适配不同风格（写实、卡通、国潮等）的特效需求； 具备良好的沟通协调能力、执行力和学习能力，能快速理解需求，积极配合团队完成任务，有责任心，抗压性强； 热爱创作，有耐心，注重细节，能接受合理的修改意见，主动提升自身专业能力。
