作为法务管培生，你将在导师带教下逐步参与以下工作，并可能根据培养安排进行轮岗： - 合同审阅：在指导下起草、审核游戏业务或中hal台职能相关的各类合同及法律文件，学习合同谈判要点，参与合同模板的整理与优化。 - 合规管控：协助跟进游戏行业监管政策变化，参与游戏版本内容审核、版号申报支持、广告合规、数据合规、未成年人保护等日常审查工作，协助开展合规培训。 - 法律风险识别：参与游戏产品上线评审、运营活动评估，识别法律风险，在指导下提出风险提示与应对建议。 - 法律咨询支持：协助为游戏业务线或中台职能线提供日常法律咨询，支持各类基础法律需求。 - 争议解决协助：协助整理诉讼、仲裁案件的证据材料，对接外部律师，跟踪案件进展，协助纠纷处理流程。 - 知识产权保护：参与知识产权的申请与维护，协助监测盗版、侵权行为，协助维权流程。 - 法律研究与学习：围绕游戏行业相关法律问题（如出海合规、虚拟财产、AI 生成内容等）开展专题研究，输出研究报告；参与部门制度建设及其他专项工作。

- 学历背景： 2027 届应届硕士研究生，法学相关专业，五院四系优先 - 法律职业资格： 已通过国家统一法律职业资格考试 - 语言能力： 英语可作为工作语言，能够熟练阅读和起草英文法律文件 - 有 知名律所 或 头部互联网企业 法务部门实习经验者优先 - 有知识产权、数据合规、游戏或泛娱乐行业相关实习经历者优先 综合素质 - 逻辑清晰，具备出色的法律分析能力和文字表达能力 - 学习能力强，对互联网和游戏行业有热情和好奇心 - 沟通协作能力佳，能够在快节奏环境中高效推进工作 - 责任心强，注重细节，具备良好的职业操守和保密意识
