1、创意策划与全链路推进：参与小游戏广告素材的创意生产，负责从产品体验、用户洞察、创意构思、脚本撰写、分镜设计到成片验收的全流程推进，对创意质量和落地效果负责。 2、原创脚本与创意表达：结合游戏玩法、核心卖点、目标用户及市场热点，独立完成广告创意、脚本和分镜设计，并能够清晰、准确地向设计及协作团队传达创意意图和制作要求。 3、AI 创意应用：使用 ChatGPT、可灵、即梦、Lovart 等 AI 工具辅助市场研究、创意构思、脚本优化、视觉预演和方案沟通，并主动探索 AI 在广告创作流程中的更多应用。 4、数据分析与素材迭代：跟踪素材投放表现，结合消耗、转化成本、ROI 等核心指标分析素材效果，提炼有效元素，持续优化创意方向和内容策略。 5、市场研究与方法沉淀：主动关注游戏市场、短视频平台热点及竞品动态，拆解优秀素材的叙事逻辑、用户吸引点和视觉表现，沉淀可复用的创意方法。 6、跨团队协作与项目管理：与投放、设计、研发及外部供应商高效协作，做好需求拆解、排期跟进、信息同步、风险反馈及阶段验收，推动创意方案按时、高质量落地。

1、本科及以上学历，文学、戏剧影视学、汉语言文学、哲学、广播电视编导、广告学、新闻传播、数字媒体、影视制作等相关专业优先。 2、具备优秀的表达能力，包括书面表达、口头表达和逻辑梳理能力，能够把创意想法、脚本逻辑及制作要求讲清楚，并有效推动团队形成共识。 3、具备突出的创意能力和内容洞察力，能够结合产品特点、用户需求和市场趋势，提出有吸引力且可落地的广告创意。 4、具备较高的主动性和积极性，能够主动体验产品、研究市场、发现问题、提出方案并持续跟进结果，不仅停留在被动承接和完成需求。 5、具备良好的视觉审美，对画面、构图、角色表现、镜头节奏、情绪氛围及成片质感有较强判断力，能够提出明确、有效的制作反馈。了解脚本、分镜、剪辑、动画及视频包装等基本制作流程，能够判断创意的制作可行性；具备基础视频制作能力者优先。 6、具备 AI 工具应用意识和较强的学习能力，愿意持续探索 AI 对创意质量和制作效率的提升。 7、具备一定的数据意识，能够结合投放结果判断素材问题，并形成下一步迭代方向。 8、热爱游戏及内容行业，具备丰富游戏体验，对短视频内容、市场热点和用户偏好保持敏感。 【加分项】 1、有完整的创意方案、原创脚本、分镜或短视频作品； 2、有女性向游戏、乙女游戏、剧情向或情感向内容经验，对女性用户及内容生态有较深入理解； 3、有游戏广告、短视频运营、校园媒体或商业内容创作经验； 4、具备一定的项目管理能力，有多人协作、项目统筹或完整内容项目推进经验。
