任职要求 - 2027届本科及以上学历，专业不限；市场营销、电子商务、新闻传播、数据分析、游戏相关专业优先。 - 热爱游戏，对玩家需求、用户体验和游戏活动有较强敏感度。 - 具备良好的方案撰写、项目执行和复盘能力，能够将目标拆解为可落地的运营动作。 - 具备基础数据分析能力，熟悉 Excel/PPT，能够理解活跃、留存、付费、转化等常见运营指标。 - 沟通协调和责任意识强，能够清晰传递需求、跟进进度并推动跨团队事项按时完成。 - 积极主动，具备用户同理心，能够适应快速迭代的工作节奏。 加分项 - 有游戏运营、活动运营、用户运营、社区运营或校园项目经验。 - 独立策划并执行过线上/线下活动，能够展示方案、数据结果和复盘材料。 - 熟悉 SQL、数据看板工具或用户分层/生命周期运营方法。 - 对休闲棋牌、休闲竞技、小游戏或海外游戏运营有较深体验。
