参与海外游戏广告素材的创意与制作，负责从产品理解、创意构思、视觉方案、视频制作到投放迭代的完整流程。 面向东南亚、中东、欧美及中国台湾等市场，参与棋牌、Slots、捕鱼、休闲游戏等不同品类的广告素材制作，快速理解不同产品及地区用户的内容偏好。 结合游戏玩法、用户需求、竞品素材及平台内容趋势，主动提出画面、节奏和表现形式上的创意方案，而不只是完成既定制作需求。 使用剪辑、动效、平面、三维及AI工具完成素材制作，探索AI视频、真人/KOL、玩法包装、高品质广告及可试玩创意等内容形式。 关注素材投放表现，结合消耗、转化成本、ROI等数据，与投放和编导共同分析素材效果，持续优化创意方向和制作方案。 与编导、投放、本地化发行及项目团队协作，保证创意准确落地，并沉淀可复用的素材模板、制作方法和项目经验。

面向应届毕业生，动画、数字媒体、视觉传达、影视、游戏设计等相关专业优先，专业不限，以作品和实际能力为主要判断标准。 具备良好的审美、画面表达、视频节奏和基础叙事能力，能够理解创意意图并将其转化为完整的视频内容。 熟悉Premiere、After Effects、Photoshop等至少一类视频或视觉设计工具；掌握Blender、C4D、UE、Spine或AI工具者优先。 对AI内容生产保持兴趣，愿意主动学习并将AI工具应用于分镜预演、图像生成、视频制作和创意验证，而非停留在简单生图层面。 对游戏、短视频或广告创意有兴趣，愿意理解产品、用户和投放数据，不把自己局限为单纯的制作执行岗位。 学习能力和自驱力强，能够主动发现问题、表达观点，并对自己的创意和制作结果负责。 具备基础的英文资料检索能力，能够主动关注海外游戏、广告和内容平台趋势。

【加分项】 有游戏广告、短视频、动画、影视或个人创意项目经验，并能清晰说明自己在项目中的具体贡献。 有AI视频、AI动画、AI真人、工作流搭建或相关个人作品。 对棋牌、Slots、捕鱼、休闲游戏等品类有体验或研究兴趣。 长期关注TikTok、YouTube、Instagram等海外内容平台，对不同地区的内容风格和用户偏好有一定了解。
