  • 负责休闲棋牌游戏全品类原画设计工作，涵盖角色、场景、道具、游戏Icon、弹窗立绘等核心美术资源的概念设计与精细化绘制，贴合休闲棋牌轻松、清爽、大众化的美术风格。
  • 根据游戏策划需求、玩法设定及项目美术规范，独立完成各类游戏元素的设定绘制，输出高清、标准化、可直接落地的原画稿件。
  • 配合特效、程序团队完成美术资源落地，针对游戏轻量化、适配多端的特点，优化原画细节与分层逻辑，解答落地适配问题，保障游戏内美术展示效果统一美观。
  • 跟进游戏版本迭代、活动更新、皮肤上新等需求，完成节日活动道具、限定皮肤、活动场景等配套原画设计，持续优化游戏整体美术视觉体验。
  • 深耕休闲棋牌美术风格，收集行业优质棋牌游戏美术素材，总结休闲原画设计技巧，参与团队美术规范迭代，沉淀棋牌类专属美术资源库。
  • 2027届本科及以上应届生，美术、游戏原画、动画、数字艺术等相关专业，具备扎实的美术绘画功底，熟练掌握人体结构、透视、光影、色彩搭配，擅长欧卡、写实、画风者优先。
  • 熟练使用PS、Procreate等主流绘画设计软件，掌握AI绘画工具（ChatGPT、Holopix、Loveart等）基础使用，能够借助AI辅助素材生成、画面润色、风格参考，熟悉游戏原画分层、规范输出流程，可独立完成棋牌道具、场景、角色的概念设计、线稿、上色、细化全流程工作。
  • 审美贴合休闲棋牌游戏调性，擅长欧美Q版、写实、轻奢休闲等主流美术风格，具备良好的风格把控和适配能力，拥有相关美术作品的个人作品集。
  • 了解休闲棋牌游戏美术设计特点，知晓移动端游戏轻量化美术输出规范，兼顾设计美观性、简洁性与游戏运行适配性，具备基础游戏落地思维。
  • 工作认真细致，执行力、抗压能力良好，善于对接需求、沟通优化方案，能适配游戏版本迭代节奏，高效完成各类原画设计任务。
  • 有休闲棋牌、休闲小游戏原画设计实习经历、原创棋牌美术作品、设计赛事获奖者优先。
