1、广告视频创意与制作：负责捕鱼广告视频的创意策划与制作，根据产品特点及投放需求，产出高质量视频素材，支持游戏推广与用户增长目标。 2、视频脚本与内容设计：参与广告视频创意方案、脚本设计、分镜规划及效果验收，结合用户兴趣和平台内容特点，持续优化视频表现形式。 3、游戏卖点挖掘与创意转化：深入理解游戏玩法、核心体验及用户需求，提炼产品卖点，将游戏特色转化为具有吸引力的广告创意和视觉表达。 4、素材优化与团队协作：与投放、研发、美术等团队紧密合作，根据广告投放效果和数据反馈持续优化素材，提高广告点击及转化效果。

1、本科及以上学历，影视制作、动画、数字媒体、美术设计等相关专业优先；有游戏广告、短视频制作、商业视频制作相关经验者优先。 2、熟练掌握视频制作及设计工具，包括 AE、PR、UE、PS 等；具备基础动画制作能力，能够完成视频包装、特效制作；具备手绘草图、分镜设计及画面构图能力。 3、具备良好的内容审美和创意能力，了解国内主流短视频平台内容生态及用户偏好，能够结合平台调性进行广告创意设计。对游戏广告及用户增长有一定理解，熟悉不同类型游戏玩法，能够从用户视角挖掘游戏亮点，并转化为有效的视频创意。 4、具备 AI 工具应用意识，有主动使用AI 工具辅助创意构思、脚本撰写、素材分析、工作提效等场景的习惯，持续探索 AI 在视频创作流程中的应用。 5、具备良好的沟通协调能力和责任心，能够主动推进项目，与投放、研发、美术等团队高效协作。热爱游戏行业，具备丰富游戏体验，关注市场热门游戏及捕鱼棋牌趋势，有多类型游戏深度体验经历者优先。
