1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数据科学、信息管理、产品设计等相关专业优先，优秀应届生均可。 2. 对 AI 产品和大语言模型有较强兴趣和基础认知，了解 Prompt、RAG、Agent、工作流等常见应用方式，有 AI 项目、实习或个人实践经验优先。 3. 具备较强的问题拆解、逻辑分析和产品思维，能够从复杂业务场景中识别核心问题，并形成清晰的解决方案。 4. 具备良好的沟通与协作能力，能够与研发、算法及业务团队共同推进项目落地。 5. 学习能力和主动性强，愿意持续尝试新的 AI 工具和技术，并能够快速验证、总结和迭代。 6. 有游戏项目、AI 应用比赛、校园创新项目或独立 AI 产品作品者优先。
