1.协助组长&资深动效完成项目中的特效需求任务，包括动作动效、技能动效、场景动效及UI动效等，并跟进动效资源在游戏中的表现； 2.积极参与动效风格的创意构思与探索，通过参考优秀案例、与团队交流，提出独特的创意想法，为项目增添独特视觉元素； 3.配合技术同学对制作完成的动效进行反复测试与优化，确保在不同场景和设备下，动效的流畅度、视觉效果和性能表现达到最佳状态。及时发现和修复游戏内动效相关的bug； 4.深入学习并熟练运用2D/3D动效制作软件，unity3D，3Dmax，photoshop等按照项目需求和风格规范，进行动效制作. 5.及时反馈工作中遇到的问题，与团队成员保持良好沟通，协同完成项目目标，共同提升项目质量。

1.具备良好的美术功底，对于图形、色彩、立体构成等基础领域有良好的理解； 2.熟悉Unity引擎的粒子系统，了解特效贴图和模型的制作方法，具备一定的手绘能力；或熟悉2Dspine骨骼动画制作流程，了解动效贴图模型的制作； 3.具备一定的特效设计能力和良好的审美能力，具有一定的物理知识和良好的节奏感； 4.具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够清晰表达自己的想法，倾听他人意见，与团队成员密切配合，共同解决问题。具备良好的沟通能力，能够跟上下游有效沟通和协作，具备团队精神； 5.具备良好的学习能力，能够独立解决简单问题并做到举一反三。
