1、买量广告创意与视觉设计：负责小游戏广告素材的创意策划与平面设计，深入理解产品特点及用户需求，提炼核心卖点，制作具有吸引力和转化潜力的广告素材。 2、素材制作与投放优化：参与小游戏试玩广告、信息流广告等素材的创意加工与制作，跟踪素材投放表现，结合数据反馈持续优化设计方案，提升素材效果。 3、跨团队协作与创意落地：与视频设计师、创意编导、投放及研发团队紧密协作，共同完成广告素材生产、测试及迭代优化，推动创意方案高效落地。 4、广告平台素材适配：了解各大流量平台广告规范及审核要求，负责图片、原生广告、富媒体等不同类型广告物料的设计制作，确保素材符合投放需求。 5、产品理解与用户洞察：分析不同游戏类型、题材、玩法及美术风格，理解目标用户画像和核心玩家需求，将产品特色转化为符合用户兴趣的视觉创意。

1、本科及以上学历，美术、视觉设计、数字媒体等相关专业优先；有游戏买量设计、广告设计、平面设计相关经验者优先。 2、具备扎实的视觉设计能力，熟练使用 Photoshop、Illustrator 等设计工具；具备手绘草图、设计分镜、视觉构图能力者优先。 3、具备 AI 工具应用意识，能够使用 ChatGPT、即梦、可灵、Lovart 等 AI 工具辅助创意构思、素材生成、视觉探索及设计提效，有 AI 融入设计流程经验者优先。 4、具备广告创意及数据意识，了解主流媒体渠道内容特点，对游戏买量广告有一定认知，能够结合投放数据理解素材表现并持续优化。 5、具备良好的审美能力和创意思维，对画面构成、视觉风格、色彩搭配及信息传达有较强理解，能够根据不同产品定位设计符合用户偏好的素材。 6、具备良好的沟通协作能力和责任意识，能够积极推进项目，与多团队高效配合，保证设计质量和交付效率。热爱游戏行业，具备丰富游戏体验，熟悉不同类型游戏玩法，对游戏用户和市场趋势有一定理解者优先。
