岗位职责 1. 在导师/负责人指导下，参与超休闲玩法的设计与迭代，包括玩法创意梳理、核心规则设计、节奏优化与体验打磨。 2. 关注玩家在超休闲玩法中的关键体验环节，包括上手门槛、操作反馈、目标驱动、挑战递进、失败重开意愿与短局循环节奏。 3. 协助输出玩法方案文档、流程图、原型说明等基础策划内容，逐步提升将创意转化为可执行方案的能力。 4. 参与玩法测试、体验复盘与问题整理，根据测试反馈和玩家表现持续优化玩法内容。 5. 在指导下参与简单的数据观察与结果验证，理解留存、重开率、时长、导流等基础指标，并尝试用数据辅助判断玩法问题。 6. 参与市场竞品体验与拆解，关注超休闲、轻度休闲及相关产品的热门玩法与设计趋势。 7. 逐步参与思考玩法与平台承接的结合方式，在不破坏玩家体验的前提下，设计更自然的导流节点与承接机会。 8. 与程序、美术、UI等同学协作，推进玩法方案落地，并在项目过程中不断提升跨团队沟通与协作能力。

任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，专业不限；游戏设计、数字媒体、交互设计、心理学、数学、计算机等相关专业背景加分。 2. 热爱游戏，尤其关注超休闲、休闲小游戏、轻度玩法方向，对“为什么玩家会持续玩下去”有自己的观察和思考。 3. 对玩法设计有兴趣和敏感度，愿意在指导下参与玩法构思、规则设计与体验优化，并逐步提升独立设计能力。 4. 具备较好的逻辑思维和拆解能力，能够把一个简单的玩法想法梳理成规则、流程和体验结构。 5. 对玩家体验有基础理解，能够感知并分析上手门槛、反馈强度、节奏推进、难度变化、失败体验等常见问题。 6. 具备良好的表达与文档能力，能够清晰说明自己的想法，并输出基础的玩法说明、流程图或原型。 7. 具备较强的学习能力和主动性，愿意持续体验产品、分析竞品、吸收反馈并快速调整自己的方案。 8. 有基础数据意识，愿意通过测试结果、用户表现和简单数据验证自己的设计判断。 9. 具备良好的沟通协作能力，能与不同职能同学高效配合，共同推进项目落地。
