1、学历要求：2027届本科及以上学历，戏剧影视、美术、中文、传媒、新闻广告等相关专业优先，有信息流广告、短视频创作、游戏项目相关经验优先。 2、创意策划与内容能力：具备较强的用户洞察能力，能够从用户评论、行为反馈及真实生活场景中发现需求，并转化为具有吸引力的广告创意和脚本。 3、商业内容创作能力：具备良好的文案表达、故事构建和内容策划能力，能够围绕产品特点和业务目标进行创意设计；对买量广告、效果营销内容有一定理解，对不同年龄、地域及生活背景用户的内容偏好有理解和洞察。 4、AI 工具应用能力：对新技术保持高度兴趣，能够熟练使用 Lovart、即梦、可灵、ChatGPT、Codex 等 AI 工具辅助创意发散、脚本创作、分镜设计、素材可视化及视频预演，提升创作效率。 5、沟通协作与执行能力：具备较强的学习能力和自驱力，能够主动发现问题并推动解决；具备良好的逻辑表达和沟通协调能力，能够清晰传递创意理念，理解反馈并快速推动方案落地。
