岗位职责： 协助负责公司级智能投放工作台的产品设计，跟进广告批创、投放管理、数据看板、风险预警和权限设计等基础功能的迭代与落地。 协助负责AI数据产品的工作，从投放和设计师的需求出发，完成MCP的接口设计、功能迭代和工程落地。 协助建设素材标签与分析基础能力，配合数据、算法团队进行投放数据的整理与初步分析。 与投放、运营、研发等团队紧密配合，跟进项目进度，推动需求高质量上线。

任职要求： 本科及以上学历，2027届及以后毕业，计算机、数据、广告、市场营销等相关专业优先。 有广告投放或互联网效果广告实习经历，理解计划、单元、出价、预算、ROI 等基础概念，对投放后台有实操或产品对接经验。 具备较好的数据敏感度和逻辑能力，能使用 SQL 或 Excel 进行基础数据分析者加分。 对 AI 在广告场景的应用（如自动化投放、异常诊断）有好奇心，愿意主动学习。 责任心强，沟通清晰，能快速融入团队协作。 我们能提供： 参与公司核心增长业务，从 0 到 1 接触智能投放 AI 产品建设。 一对一导师带教，深度了解效果广告投放全链路与 MCP 工具应用。
