岗位职责： 1. 课程内容研发：协助完成课程整体结构设计，制作逻辑清晰、视觉美观的教学课件（PPT）及配套资源。 2. AI 工具测试与落地：跟进前沿 AI 视频生成大模型（重点应用字节发布的 Seedance 模型），测试并跑通多镜头叙事生成等核心工作流。 3. 教学资产沉淀：梳理 AI 视频创作标准流程，协助编写与沉淀实用的提示词（Prompt）模板、实操案例集及教学手册。 4. 支持教育部门其他小伙伴完成相关工作。

任职要求: 🎓 学历专业 - 本科/研究生在读（2027届及以后），教育学、传媒、设计、数字媒体、游戏等相关专业优先 💡 能力要求 - 视觉与排版能力：熟练使用 PowerPoint 独立制作优质课件；掌握 Photoshop 等工具高效处理图像素材，保障课程的视觉品质。 - 视频剪辑能力：熟练使用剪映或 Premiere Pro 完成视频后期剪辑（熟练掌握 After Effects 者优先）。 - AI 创作经验：熟悉主流 AI 生成工具（如即梦、Codex、libTV 及各类图片生成平台），了解完整的 AI 视频生成链路。对 Seedance 等新一代大模型有实操经验，或具备 AI 视频叙事创作经验者优先。 🌟 素质要求 - 技术热情：热爱探索新技术，具备较强的自驱力，能快速上手各类 AI 工具。 - 逻辑思维：具备优秀的逻辑拆解能力，能将复杂的模型操作转化为通俗易懂的教学语言。 - 语言能力：具备良好的英语读写沟通能力，可顺畅阅读前沿 AI 技术文档优先。 ✨ 加分项 - 英语听说流利 - 有赛事 / 活动运营经验(校园大使、社团、志愿者协调等) - 自媒体运营经验(小红书 / 视频号 / 抖音任一) - 爱玩游戏,对游戏行业有热情 - 有视频制作、图文设计作品集
