岗位职责 1. 负责公司软硬件资产管理工作，包括设备采购支持、验收、入库、领用、调拨、维修、盘点、回收、报废等流程，维护准确的资产台账，确保资产信息完整、准确、可追溯。 2. 梳理和维护资产数据，处理历史资产异常问题，完善资产信息，提升资产数据准确性；建立规范的资产盘点和维护流程。 3. 持续优化员工入职、转岗、离职等场景下的设备流转流程，推动资产管理标准化，提升资产使用效率和员工体验。 4. 负责软件授权、SaaS账号及相关IT资源管理，包括资源使用情况统计、闲置资源识别、续费管理等，支持IT资源合理配置和成本优化。 5. 参与资产管理系统、自动化工具建设和优化，推动资产信息采集、数据同步、报表分析等能力提升；关注AI等新技术在资产管理场景中的应用。 6. 协助处理员工终端、办公设备等IT服务需求，结合服务台数据分析常见问题，推动知识沉淀和服务流程优化。

任职资格 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、信息技术、软件工程等相关专业优先，3年以上企业IT资产管理、IT运营或桌面运维相关经验。 2. 熟悉IT资产全生命周期管理流程，具备设备采购、入库、领用、盘点、调拨、回收等实际管理经验。 3. 具备资产台账管理和数据治理能力，熟悉CMDB、资产管理系统或相关工具，有资产数据整理、盘点优化经验优先。 4. 熟悉企业终端设备管理，包括Windows/Mac设备、软件安装、授权管理、SaaS资源管理等。 5. 具备较好的流程优化和问题解决能力，能够发现资产管理过程中的问题，并推动持续改进。 6. 具备自动化工具应用意识，了解资产管理系统、自动化或AI相关应用场景，有通过工具提升IT运营效率经验者优先。
