The posting

岗位职责 1. 负责捕鱼游戏内核心动效设计与落地，包括大厅、玩法界面、功能入口、奖励反馈、结算表现、活动包装等模块的动态表现设计。 2. 深度参与捕鱼玩法体验设计，围绕捕获反馈、倍率上涨、爆分奖励、BOSS阶段演出、转盘/宝箱/抽奖等高情绪节点，设计具有爽感、期待感和节奏层次的动效方案。 3. 根据产品目标和美术风格，完成动效方案拆解、节奏设计、镜头/转场/反馈表现设计，并推动在引擎中的最终效果还原。 4. 与UI、特效、动作、程序、策划紧密协作，明确动效需求边界，提升界面操作反馈、奖励表现、商业化包装和整体产品品质。 5. 参与动效规范建设，包括按钮反馈、弹窗转场、数值跳动、奖励飞行、货币收集、倍率增长、界面层级动效等基础规范沉淀。 6. 关注竞品表现与行业趋势，持续拆解捕鱼、Slot、棋牌、休闲博彩类产品中的优秀动效案例，并转化为适合项目的设计方案。 7. 能够结合AI工具进行动态预演、参考生成、节奏探索或效率提升，并沉淀到实际工作流中。

任职要求： 1. 2年以上游戏动效、UI动效、特效包装或相关岗位经验，有捕鱼、Slot、棋牌、休闲竞技、商业化活动包装经验者优先。 2. 具备较强的动效设计能力，能准确把握节奏、力度、缓急、层次、镜头感和情绪递进，理解“爽感反馈”和“奖励期待感”的设计方法。 3. 熟悉游戏内常见动效场景，包括按钮反馈、界面转场、奖励结算、数字跳动、货币飞行、宝箱开启、抽奖表现、BOSS奖励演出等。 4. 具备良好的产品理解力，能够从用户体验、付费刺激、留存反馈、玩法节奏等角度思考动效价值，而不仅是完成视觉包装。 5. 熟练使用AE、Spine、Unity、Cocos、Lottie、DragonBones或其他相关动效/引擎工具中的一种或多种，具备动效资源输出与引擎还原经验。 6. 具备一定特效审美和镜头表现能力，能够与特效、动作、UI团队协同完成高价值奖励节点或BOSS演出包装。 7. 对性能、资源规格、循环复用、动效时长、界面响应效率有基本判断，能够在品质与落地成本之间取得平衡。 8. 具备较强沟通能力和主动性，能够推动需求澄清、方案确认、效果验收和问题闭环。
