岗位职责 1. 资产模型与 CMDB 建设： 负责 CMDB 及资产树相关功能的设计与开发，梳理服务器、应用、服务、机房等核心对象的类型、属性及关联关系，完善资产的创建、变更、查询、归属和生命周期管理能力。 2. 资产关系与数据治理： 建设资产之间的关联关系与拓扑查询能力，完善资产数据校验、重复数据识别、异常关系检测及多数据源对账机制，提升资产数据的准确性、一致性和可追溯性。 3. 工单与流程平台建设： 负责运维工单及 IDC 管理相关模块的领域建模与功能开发，围绕工单状态流转、审批、会签、条件分支及异常处理等场景，设计和实现可维护、可扩展的业务流程，推动资产变更与工单流程联动。 4. 系统集成与权限管理： 负责与现有基础设施、组织架构及其他内部系统的接口集成，完善用户、组织、角色及资源之间的授权关系，落实接口鉴权、数据权限和关键操作审计，保障系统间的数据一致性与操作安全。

任职要求 必备 1. 具备 3 年左右中后台系统或业务平台开发经验，能够独立负责一个业务模块的设计与交付；不局限于页面和接口开发，能够梳理业务规则、数据关系及异常场景，并输出清晰的技术方案。 2. 理解常见的领域建模方法，具备数据库设计、对象关系建模和核心业务流程设计能力；能够合理设计数据表、关联关系、状态流转及关键约束，兼顾数据一致性、可扩展性和维护成本。 3. 熟练掌握 Go 或 Python，具备良好的编码、调试和问题定位能力；熟悉 MySQL 或 PostgreSQL，能够进行合理的表结构设计、索引优化、事务处理及常见性能问题排查。 4. 熟悉 HTTP API、常见接口设计规范及系统间数据交互方式，能够处理接口幂等、异常重试、数据同步和一致性等常见问题；了解 Redis、Elasticsearch 等技术的适用场景。 5. 能够理解产品需求并识别关键业务规则和边界条件，独立完成方案设计、开发测试、上线及后续维护；具备良好的问题分析能力、责任意识和跨团队协作能力。 加分 - 了解流程引擎或工单系统（会签 / 或签 / 条件分支）。 - 有图数据库 / 邻接模型、LDAP / HR 系统同步、财务系统对接经验。
