Tjänsten

Som en del av vårt Customer Success-team blir du Bokios röst utåt och en nyckelperson för att våra användare ska lyckas. Din mission är att hjälpa företagare att bli självständiga och trygga i sin bokföring genom pedagogisk och effektiv guidning.

Vi befinner oss i en spännande fas där vi integrerar AI och modern teknik i allt vi gör. För dig innebär det att du inte bara svarar på frågor, utan att du proaktivt använder nya digitala verktyg för att effektivisera ditt arbete och förbättra kundupplevelsen. Vi uppmuntrar learn by doing och egna initiativ. Vi ser AI som en naturlig medarbetare, och vi förväntar oss att du är nyfiken på att utforska, testa och lära dig hur vi kan använda tekniken för att ge ännu vassare support.

Bland dina arbetsuppgifter som ingår i en vanlig arbetsdag är:

  • Besvara kundärenden via mail och chatt
  • Hantera inkommande samtal från kunder
  • Genomföra demos med nya och potentiella kunder
  • Rådgiva kunder i vilken prisplan som passar deras behov
  • Rapportera vidare problematik i systemet till våra utvecklare och hålla kontakten med våra användare i eskalerade ärenden

Vi söker dig som

  • Har yrkeserfarenhet inom teknisk support eller service
  • Är flytande i svenska (tal och skrift)
  • Brinner för att göra kunder nöjda och sätter dem i fokus
  • Är kommunikativ med god samarbetsförmåga
  • Är positiv och resultatdriven
  • Trivs med att prata engelska på kontoret då vi är ett internationellt team
