The posting

Build the payment infrastructure powering global commerce.

Boku connects billions of consumers to the payment methods they prefer, one market at a time. Our platform connects the world’s leading digital businesses to the local payment methods their customers already use. Spotify, Meta, Microsoft, Netflix and Tencent already run on Boku’s payment infrastructure. We operate across 60+ countries, support 200+ local payment methods and reach 7.5 billion consumer accounts.

With headquarters in London and San Francisco and colleagues working across markets around the world, Boku is global by default. From London to Mumbai, São Paulo to Singapore, our teams collaborate across time zones, markets and cultures to build products for customers around the world.

Join us to solve complex, real-time payment challenges at global scale. We share knowledge freely, take ownership of complexity and look for people who question how things are done and find better ways to build.

Role Purpose

The Bundling Product Manager shapes and evolves a platform that enables digital service providers to reach customers through partners such as telcos, banks and enterprises.

The role connects customer, commercial and technical needs to create scalable, reusable bundled offers. It ensures the platform makes it easier to launch partnerships, manage activation and subscription lifecycles, and expand into new markets without bespoke integrations.

This is a collaborative, strategic role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, setting clear priorities and turning opportunities into valuable products to scale. Its impact is central to growing distribution by helping partners broaden their service portfolios and helping merchants reach new customers at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for our payment marketing products, aligning it with the overall company vision and goals as well as a wide range of internal stakeholders. Continually assess the needs of customers, market trends, competitive opportunities, and threats in defining and evolving the product strategy.
  • Requirements-Definition: Develop comprehensive product plans, incorporating market requirements, define the competitive arena, and establish the objectives, strategies, and actions required to achieve business goals. Produce high-quality requirements documents and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver key capabilities on time and on budget. Write user stories to communicate customer needs in an agile development environment.
  • Prioritization: Provide value-based prioritization of product development initiatives to ensure maximum ROI and market-driven alignment. Deliver world-class innovation in features, usability, and product performance in a consistent cadence of releases. Manage a cross-functional process for prioritizing, delivering and launching major product releases.
  • Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and adoption to scalability.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and incorporate insights into the product development process. Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries. Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction by monitoring product performance, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements.
  • Product-Roll-out: Work with teams to create and execute go-to-market plans for new features. Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in Martech and bundling solutions. Act as a thought leader within the organization, providing insights and recommendations to senior management

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
