The posting

Bolt Farm Treehouse is a luxury treehouse resort on 55 acres of bluff in the mountains outside Chattanooga. Our mission is to help guests strengthen relationships and reconnect with what matters most. We're AI-first in how we operate and obsessed with how guests feel.

THE ROLE

You're the first and last face of every guest's stay. You greet guests by name at the Summit lot, help with luggage, and escort them to the Welcome Dome and their villa. You also keep our golf-cart fleet spotless and charged, and run the deliveries that make a stay feel magical. On slower days you'll pitch in wherever the property needs you, including light grounds work. You're a steady, warm person who shows up early and makes everything look effortless.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Guest arrivals and departures (core)

- Greet every guest by name within 30 seconds at the Summit lot, with water and a seasonal touch (chilled towel in summer, warm blanket in winter)

- Load and unload luggage, transport guests to the Welcome Dome, and escort them to their villa

- Give the villa walk-through and golf-cart orientation, including the safety rules and the waiver

- Rinse guest vehicles, wipe tires, and leave a handwritten note under the wiper

- Retrieve carts and assist with luggage at checkout, and send guests off warmly

- Keep wait times under 5 minutes at the lot and the Welcome Dome

Golf-cart fleet (core)

- Wash, charge, and stage carts so the fleet is detailed and ready by 12 PM on turn days (Mon/Wed/Fri)

- Stage carts and lockbox keys for after-hours arrivals

- Report damage, battery, or road issues right away

Guest deliveries and WOW support (core)

- Deliver WOW gifts, celebration setups, amenities, meals, and guest requests to villas on time and to standard

- Partner with Dreamweavers and the Guest Experience team on arrival rituals and surprises

Property support as needed (secondary)

- Light grounds upkeep: clearing paths and walkways, leaf blowing, trash and recycling runs, and keeping the Summit lot and arrival areas tidy

- Basic facilities support: restocking, moving furniture or supplies, and setup and breakdown for Happy Hour and events

- Spot and report maintenance needs to the Maintenance team (you report the issue, you don't repair it)

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (KPIS)

1. Guests greeted within 30 seconds, with wait times under 5 minutes

2. 100% of carts staged, detailed, and charged by 12 PM on turn days

3. Deliveries completed on time and to spec

4. Guest NPS and review mentions for arrival and departure

WHO YOU ARE

- High-EQ and warm. You read people fast and make strangers feel like VIPs. If you've thrived at Chick-fil-A, a luxury hotel, or a top restaurant, we want to talk.

- Calm under pressure. Three arrivals at once doesn't rattle you.

- Detail-obsessed. A smudged cart or a misspelled name bothers you.

- Reliable. You show up early, every time.

- Pitch-in mindset. "Not my job" isn't in your vocabulary.

- Tech-comfortable. You use radios, mobile checklists, ClickUp, and AI tools to make the work easier. We fund a 90-day ramp to get you fluent.

REQUIREMENTS

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

- Able to lift 40+ lbs and walk or stand for long stretches, outdoors in all seasons

- Available evenings, weekends (including Sundays), and holidays; turn days (Mon/Wed/Fri) are our heaviest

- Reliable transportation to Whitwell, TN (about an hour from Chattanooga)

COMP AND GROWTH

- $16.50 to $18.75/hr

- Performance bonus tied to guest NPS and service KPIs, paid retroactively when the gate is met

- A clear path from T1 to T2 to Player Coach, based on performance rather than tenure

- Work every day on one of the most beautiful properties in Tennessee

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
