Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

  • Je analyseert markttrends, begrijpt kostenstructuren en zoekt actief naar nieuwe leveranciers om de beste inkoopvoorwaarden te realiseren
  • Je onderhandelt contracten en voorwaarden binnen je mandaat, steeds in lijn met interne procedures en de verwachtingen van je interne klanten
  • Je zet strategische overeenkomsten op, zoals servicecontracten en raamovereenkomsten
  • Je werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders, organiseert overlegmomenten en denkt proactief mee over alternatieve oplossingen
  • Je bewaakt de prestaties van afgesloten contracten aan de hand van KPI’s en bent het aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers
  • Je coördineert administratieve processen om een vlotte samenwerking te garanderen
  • Je beheert offertes en inkooporders in het ERP-systeem en werkt vlot met Microsoft Office
  • Je stelt managementrapportages op om inzicht te bieden in de inkoopresultaten

Welke skills breng je mee?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma en hebt affiniteit met technische aspecten
  • Je hebt 4-8 jaar relevante ervaring in aankoop en/of supply chain
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig
  • Je kan zelfstandig projecten beheren en hebt ervaring met onderhandelingen
  • Je communiceert vlot en overtuigend in Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans, Duits of andere talen is een plus
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
