O Operador(a) de caixa é responsável por realizar o atendimento aos clientes, efetuar operações de caixa, conferir valores, receber pagamentos, entre outras atividades. É um cargo de nível principal, que requer habilidades de comunicação, organização e atenção aos detalhe, garantindo agilidade, cordialidade, atenção e precisão nas operações, contribuindo para uma experiência de compra positiva e para a organização do setor.

  • Realizar atendimento aos clientes com cordialidade, educação e atenção, prestando informações e esclarecendo dúvidas sobre os serviços oferecidos
  • Efetuar operações de caixa, registrando entradas e saídas de valores de acordo com os procedimentos da empresa
  • Conferir valores, checando a autenticidade de cédulas e moedas e verificando possíveis divergências
  • Realizar abertura e fechamento de caixa, conferindo o saldo final e preenchendo relatórios de movimentação
  • Manter a organização do ambiente de trabalho, garantindo a limpeza e a ordem do espaço
  • Seguir as normas e procedimentos internos da empresa, garantindo a segurança e a confidencialidade das informações
  • Participar de treinamentos e capacitações oferecidos pela empresa, buscando aprimorar seus conhecimentos e habilidades
  • Contribuir para a satisfação e fidelização dos clientes, oferecendo um atendimento cordial e eficiente
  • Registrar corretamente os produtos no sistema e conferir os valores das compras.
  • Receber pagamentos em dinheiro, cartões, PIX e demais formas disponibilizadas pela empresa.
  • Conferir valores recebidos e fornecer o troco corretamente.
  • Emitir cupons fiscais e comprovantes de pagamento.
  • Realizar abertura, conferência e fechamento de caixa.
  • Manter o caixa organizado, limpo e abastecido com os materiais necessários.
  • Verificar possíveis divergências de preços e solicitar apoio da liderança quando necessário.
  • Prestar informações aos clientes e auxiliar na resolução de dúvidas.
  • Cumprir os procedimentos internos, normas e orientações da empresa.
  • Comunicar à liderança qualquer divergência ou ocorrência durante o expediente.
  • Zelar pela segurança dos valores e pela integridade das operações realizadas.
