Job Description:

As a Business Developer at BonTuteur, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our platform by establishing strategic partnerships with private tutors, educational institutions, student organizations, and other key players in the education sector. You will play a crucial role in expanding our user base by attracting new students and tutors to the platform.

Main Responsibilities:

Partnership Development:

  • Identify, target, and establish partnerships with private tutors, schools, universities, and student associations to promote BonTuteur.com.
  • Negotiate collaboration agreements to increase platform visibility and attract a broad range of students and tutors.

User Acquisition:

  • Implement acquisition strategies to attract new users to the platform, focusing on students and tutors.
  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the online education market, identify growth opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor education sector trends and propose adjustments to remain competitive.

Client Relations:

  • Build strong relationships with existing users to understand their needs and gather valuable feedback.
  • Collaborate with the product team to integrate user feedback into platform development.

Networking and Promotion:

  • Participate in educational events, student forums, and education fairs to actively promote the platform.
  • Establish partnerships with opinion leaders in the educational field to build trust with potential users.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the education or technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve defined growth objectives.
  • Deep understanding of educational trends and student needs.
  • Previous experience in business development, preferably in education or online sales – A Plus.
