Kreative Exzellenz & Ideenführung Du entwickelst ungesehene Ideen und Kommunikationslösungen im digitalen Raum – von der schnellen Social-Idee bis zur verzahnten Kampagne.

Konzept & Copy Gemeinsam mit deiner:m Art-Partner:in entwickelst du schlüssige Botschaften, kreative Leitideen und integrierte Kampagnen-Konzepte. Du schreibst trennscharfe Captions, Headlines, Short- und Long Copies – immer mit strategischem Fundament. ​ Social-First Denke & AI-basierte Kreation Du denkst in Hooks, Storyflows, Animations- und Filmkonzepten. Plattformlogiken sind für dich kein Add-on, sondern Ausgangspunkt. Außerdem sind LLMs und generative AI Teil deines Toolsets.

Brand Ownership & Kundenführung Du sicherst die kreative Qualität und Markenführung auf deinen Etats, entwickelst Kundenbeziehungen weiter und präsentierst deine Ideen überzeugend – intern wie extern.

Teamlead & Sparring Du bist Sparringspartner:in, Ideenbeschleuniger:in und Mentor:in für Junior:innen. Du inspirierst das Team mit Trends, Haltung und einem hohen kreativen Anspruch.

Strategische Mitgestaltung Du arbeitest eng mit allen Departements zusammen, gestaltest kreative Standards und bringst dich in Workshops ein und übernimmst Text- und Konzeptlead bei Pitches.

DEINE SKILLS

  • Die Fähigkeit, eine starke Idee in einem Satz zu erzählen
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Ownership-Mentalität
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Text- und Konzeptentwicklung
  • Ein Portfolio mit kreativer, vorwiegend digitaler Arbeit
  • Starkes Marken- und Zielgruppenverständnis
  • Technisches Grundverständnis für digitale Produktionen
  • Exzellente Präsentationsskills auf Deutsch (Englisch von Vorteil)
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hoher Qualitätsanspruch
  • Selbstbewusstsein ohne Ego – Teamgeist ist für dich kein Buzzword
