The posting

We are BoomBit, a leading Mobile Gaming company with a global audience of millions of players and over one billion downloads of our games since our inception in 2010. Our main games from the BoomBit Group include Hunt Royale, Darts Club and Ramp Car Jumping. We're a game developer and a publisher, with over 250 creative people working together. We cover games of nearly every genre in the free-to-play (F2P) model on iOS and Android, and also on the Nintendo Switch.

We have experts spread across publishing, user interface/experience (UI/UX), game design, monetization, user acquisition (UA), creatives, business intelligence (BI), quality assurance (QA), LiveOps, programming, art and game development. We are continually looking to strengthen our team.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Publishing Intern who wants to build a long-term career in the mobile gaming industry. In this role, you will work closely with both internal teams and external game studios, helping coordinate publishing and operational processes through Jira and daily communication workflows.

Location: Izmir/Hybrid

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate operational processes between internal teams and partner studios
  • Track tasks, milestones, and publishing pipelines through Jira
  • Maintain regular communication with external developers and internal stakeholders
  • Support publishing, QA, marketing, and production teams in daily operations
  • Follow up on deadlines, feedback loops, and delivery processes
  • Help organize documentation and reporting processes

Requirements

  • We require fluency in both English and Turkish
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with Jira or willingness to learn quickly
  • Passion for mobile games and the gaming industry
  • Detail-oriented and responsible mindset
  • Open to long-term growth within the gaming industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Loves working with data
  • Able to think creatively and generate new ideas
