Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Abschlussphase von Projekten im Bereich Shopper Marketing und Verkaufsförderung am POS.
  • Verantwortung für die schweizweite Einsatzplanung unserer Merchandiser und Promotor:innen.
  • Betreuung, Koordination und Support unserer Merchandiser und Promotor:innen in Deutsch und Französisch per Telefon, E-Mail und Online-Chat.
  • Terminvereinbarungen und Abstimmungen mit Verkaufsstellen sowie Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Bewirtschaftung aller Shop-in-Shop-Standorte.
  • Verwaltung von Absenzen und Ferienmeldungen der Mitarbeitenden im Feld.
  • Unterstützung bei Rekrutierungen sowie bei der administrativen Begleitung von Ein- und Austritten.
  • Datenbasierte Auswertungen, Analysen und Erstellung von Abschlussberichten zu Promotionen und Projekten.
  • Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen, Präsentationen und Projektdokumentationen in Deutsch und Französisch.
  • Administrative Unterstützung der Projektleitung sowie Übernahme vielfältiger Koordinations- und Organisationsaufgaben im Tagesgeschäft.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit, idealerweise ergänzt durch 1-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing oder einer ähnlichen Position.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind unerlässlich.
  • Französischkenntnisse: Du solltest in der Lage sein, einfache Telefonate zu führen sowie schriftliche Korrespondenz zu verfassen.
  • Erfahrung in einer Agentur oder einem ähnlichen Arbeitsumfeld ist von Vorteil.
  • Deine Organisationstalente und Leidenschaft für Projektmanagement zeichnen dich aus.
  • Du arbeitest gewissenhaft, selbstständig und strukturiert.
  • Deine Kundenorientierung und offene Persönlichkeit ermöglichen dir eine souveräne Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Ansprechgruppen.
  • Der sichere Umgang mit Softwareanwendungen wie Word, Excel und PowerPoint ist für dich selbstverständlich.
