Deine Aufgaben

Kundenberatung: Betreue & Berate Kunden während der gesamten Projektdauer im Shopper Marketing, von der Planung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.

Konzeption und Planung: Entwickle eigenverantwortlich kreative Shopper Marketing Events, Verkaufspromotionen und Sampling-Projekte, immer im Fokus auf maximales Engagement.

Projektführung und Koordination: Koordiniere intern und extern, führe Projekte selbstständig, und stimme dich eng mit allen Ansprechgruppen ab – für reibungslose Abläufe.

Dokumentation und Schulung: Erstelle und pflege präzise Planungs-Dokumente in Deutsch und Französisch, übernehme Schulungen für unsere Field Force.

Erfolgskontrolle und Analyse: Führe bedarfsgerechte Auswertungen durch, messe den Projekterfolg und entwickle Maßnahmen zur stetigen Qualitätssteigerung.

Kommunikation und Networking: Halte kontinuierlichen Austausch mit Geschäftspartnern, Kunden und Lieferanten, repräsentiere Boost Group überzeugend und begeistert.

Deine Aufgaben bieten eine anspruchsvolle und vielseitige Tätigkeit, bei der du aktiv das Einkaufserlebnis gestaltest, Umsätze steigerst und dabei deine Leidenschaft für Shopper Marketing voll einbringst!

Das bringst du mit

Wir suchen eine Person mit einer kaufmännischen Grundausbildung, vorzugsweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Marketing & Kommunikation. Du solltest 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung mitbringen, idealerweise in einem ähnlichen Umfeld. Es ist entscheidend, dass du fliessend Deutsch sprichst und sehr gute Französisch-Kenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau mitbringst. Zudem wäre es von Vorteil, wenn du Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und/oder in einer Marketing-Agentur hast. Dein Organisationstalent kommt besonders zum Tragen, da du Begeisterung für komplexe Projekte und dynamische Herausforderungen zeigst. Deine kundenorientierte, kommunikationsstarke und teamfähige Persönlichkeit rundet dein Profil ab.
