我们正在寻找一位机器人 AI Agent 开发工程师，将大模型与语音、视觉、记忆及机器人执行能力结合，让机器人能够理解用户、感知环境、记住上下文，并在真实场景中可靠地完成任务。你将参与从 Agent 架构设计、能力集成到真机部署的完整研发过程。 岗位职责 1、Agent 架构与任务执行：构建意图理解、任务拆解、工具调用、执行反馈与动态重规划能力，实现从用户指令到机器人动作的完整闭环。 2、语音交互：集成与优化 ASR（语音识别）、TTS（语音合成）、语音活动检测、唤醒及打断能力，提升复杂环境下的识别效果与对话自然度。 3、视觉与多模态理解：接入视觉感知和视觉语言模型，结合图像、语音、文本及机器人状态，实现场景理解、目标识别与多模态交互。 4、记忆与知识管理：设计短期对话记忆、长期用户记忆及任务记忆机制，支持信息提取、存储、检索、更新与遗忘，提升连续交互和个性化服务能力。 5、机器人能力集成：通过 ROS / ROS 2 或设备 SDK，将导航、抓取、操作等能力封装为 Agent 可调用的工具与技能，处理执行异常与失败恢复。 6、工程部署与评测：推进端侧、云端及协同部署，建设日志追踪与评测体系，持续优化任务成功率、交互延迟、资源消耗和系统稳定性。 7、安全与可靠性：设计动作约束、权限校验、超时降级和人工接管机制，保障机器人执行安全及用户数据隐私。

职位要求： 1. 计算机、自动化、机器人、人工智能等相关专业本科及以上学历，或具备同等实践能力。 2.至少3年工作经验，熟练使用 C++、Rust、Python、Golang 等至少一种编程语言，具备良好的软件工程能力，熟悉 Linux、Git、接口设计与自动化测试。 3.有 AI Agent 或大模型应用开发经验，理解工具调用、结构化输出、上下文管理、任务编排及执行状态管理。 4.了解 ASR、TTS、视觉理解、记忆系统的基本原理和工程接入方式，并在其中至少一个方向具备实际项目经验。 5.理解实时交互系统的基本要求，能够处理流式数据、异步任务、并发执行、超时与中断等问题。 6.熟悉 ROS / ROS 2、机器人 SDK 或相关软硬件集成方式，理解感知、规划、控制与执行模块之间的协作关系。 7.能够针对模型输出的不确定性，设计结果校验、规则约束、失败重试与降级策略。 8.能够独立完成模块设计、开发、调试与交付，并与算法、控制、嵌入式及产品团队协作。

加分项： 1、有移动机器人、机械臂、人形机器人或服务机器人的真机项目经验。 2、有实时语音对话、回声消除、降噪、声源定位、说话人识别或语音情感表达相关经验。 3、有 VLM、VLA、目标检测、视觉定位或多模态信息融合经验。 4、有 RAG、向量检索、知识图谱或长期记忆系统经验，能够处理记忆冲突、过期信息及隐私权限问题。 5、熟悉行为树、机器人任务规划，或使用过 Isaac Sim、MuJoCo、Gazebo 等仿真平台。 6、有端侧模型部署、推理加速、弱网与离线运行经验。 7、有相关开源贡献、技术文章或可演示的个人项目。
