职位描述： 工作职责： 1. 负责进行机器人场景下各类视觉感知算法研究，包括但不限于2D/3D检测、语义分割、深度估计、姿态估计、BEV感知、多模态、多任务等； 2. 负责视觉感知算法的工程化落地，并完成在机器人等硬件平台下的模型优化与部署； 3. 对学界及业界前研技术的持续跟进，不断优化现有感知算法方案。

职位要求： 1. 计算机相关专业硕士及以上学历，图像处理，模式识别，计算机视觉，应用数学等相关方向，3年以上的视觉感知算法研发经验； 2. 熟练掌握深度学习基础知识，熟悉视觉检测/分割/深度估计/姿态估计等至少一个细分方向，并掌握该方向数据采集、标注方式； 3. 能够熟练使用tensorflow/pytorch中的一种或多种深度学习框架，熟练掌握CNN & Transformer模型原理及应用；掌握深度学习模型的常用量化、加速、部署方法； 4. 熟练掌握C/C++/Python等常用编程语言，熟练使用Linux，Git，Cmake等工具进行开发；有ros机器人系统使用经验。
