1. 车间整体运营：全面负责人形机器人整机生产线试产、量产统筹及车间整体运营，搭建标准化、高良率、规模化量产体系，统筹整机装配、性能测试、产品返修、制程优化全流程，落地产量、质量、交付、成本、安全各项经营指标。 2. 装配与产线管理：管控机器人躯干、四肢、关节、舵机等整机结构装配生产，制定并迭代SOP、工艺流程及作业标准；负责产线布局、产能爬坡、人员排班，解决装配公差、组装效率低、产品一致性差等生产痛点，联动各部门完成新品量产转化。 3. 零部件测试管控：统筹关节模组、电机、传感器等核心零部件入厂测试，建立标准化测试流程与不良判定标准，管理测试设备、治具及数据台账，杜绝不合格物料投产，配合质量部门完成来料异常根因分析与优化。 4. 异常与返修闭环：搭建标准化产品返修体系与全生命周期追溯机制，统筹不良品、退回样机的故障定位、维修复测全流程；定期复盘生产、来料、工艺问题，持续降低返修、报废率。 5. 效率与成本管控：负责产线OEE、良率、交付准时率、制造成本等核心指标管控，建立生产数据日跟进、周复盘机制；优化物料、人工、能耗损耗，管控产销库存，压降生产成本，提升整体生产效能。 6. 团队与现场管理：负责装配、测试、返修团队搭建、培训及梯队建设；落地5S、精益生产、目视化管理，执行IATF16949/ISO9001质量体系，落实安全生产规范，跨部门协同推进产线提质增效。

1. 学历专业：本科及以上学历，机械工程、自动化、机电一体化、智能制造等相关专业优先。 2. 工作经验：5年以上智能装备/机器人生产管理经验，3年以上人形/四足机器人整机量产生产经理经验，熟悉机器人整机装配、核心零部件测试、返修全流程，具备完整试产导入、产能爬坡、规模化量产落地经验。 3. 专业能力：精通人形机器人核心零部件结构、装配工艺、测试及返修体系；熟练运用精益生产、数据复盘、异常闭环等管理方法，可独立搭建标准化生产管理制度，具备较强的产线问题处置、成本管控、跨部门统筹能力。 4. 综合素质：结果导向，抗压能力、执行力强；擅长团队搭建与管理赋能，严谨细致，具备持续优化改善的思维与落地能力。 核心标签 人形机器人、生产管理、整机装配、零部件测试、产品返修、精益生产、OEE管控、良率提升、产能交付、团队管理
