岗位职责 1、围绕公司人形机器人生态战略，面向大型企业及头部科研机构，重点覆盖通信、能源、工业、互联网与内容、文旅、教育科研及公共服务等行业与领域，识别重点突破方向与合作机会，推动公司在核心行业与前沿应用领域中的生态布局。 2、在重点行业与科研方向中，围绕典型业务与应用场景（如互动娱乐与内容创作、园区与公共服务、工业与展示应用、教育科研与实验平台等），与行业头部企业及国家级或行业领先科研实验室共同挖掘人形机器人的应用价值，设计具备可复制性的合作模式与落地路径。 3、主导合作项目的整体推进与落地，包括合作方案设计、商务谈判、合同或框架协议签署、项目执行及长期合作关系维护，并联合公司产品、技术、解决方案及销售团队，推动项目从场景验证到实际落地与规模化拓展。 4、整合产业链及生态资源，协调多方角色（本体、传感器、算法、系统集成、内容或平台方、科研机构等），打造面向特定行业或场景的整体解决方案与标杆案例，支撑公司长期生态发展。 5、持续关注人形机器人及具身智能相关行业趋势、技术演进及科研方向变化，分析行业头部企业与科研机构的生态布局，为公司行业选择、场景优先级及生态策略优化提供支持。

任职要求 1.211，985本科及以上学历，5 年以上 TOB 商务拓展、生态合作或行业 BD 经验，有大型企业、科研机构或行业头部客户合作经验者优先。 2.对机器人、人工智能或相关硬科技领域具备良好理解，能够将技术能力、科研方向与行业需求相结合，识别并推动场景化合作机会。 3.具备较强的场景理解、合作方案设计及资源整合能力，能够独立推进涉及企业与科研机构的复杂合作项目。 4.优秀的商务沟通与谈判能力，能够对接大型组织及科研体系的多方角色，推动跨组织、跨团队合作落地。 5.结果导向，具备良好的执行力与推进能力，能够在探索型合作、示范项目与规模化落地之间取得平衡。
