核心岗位职责 1. 售后质量数据管理与深度分析 - 搭建并完善公司售后质量数据统计分析体系，统筹全量售后维修工单、客户投诉、3MIS/6MIS/12MIS IPTV 数据的统计、清洗与可视化监控，输出周 / 月 / 季度售后质量分析报告； - 基于售后质量数据，识别整机 TOP 质量问题、高故障零部件、高频故障模式，定位质量问题高发环节与根因，输出质量改进专项建议，为公司质量管控优先级制定提供数据支撑。 2. 客户质量问题闭环与投诉管理 - 对接客户服务部门，主导客户质量投诉升级问题、售后重点质量问题的全流程管控，严格落地 8D/PSP 问题解决流程，组织研发、生产、供应链、售后团队完成问题根因分析、整改措施制定、落地执行与效果验证，确保问题 100% 闭环； 3. 质量持续改进与源头管控 - 基于售后质量问题与数据分析结果，推动研发、生产、供应链端的源头质量改进，反向优化设计方案、生产工艺、来料管控标准、检验流程，从根本上降低同类问题的重复发生率； - 主导售后质量专项改进项目，制定改进目标、实施计划与验收标准，跟进项目落地，验证改进效果，实现整机售后 IPTV、客户投诉率的持续下降。 4. 售后质量体系搭建与标准化建设 - 搭建并完善公司售后质量管控流程、问题闭环机制、客户投诉处理标准，明确各环节的责任主体、处理时限与交付标准，实现售后质量问题的标准化、流程化管控； - 沉淀售后质量问题案例库、根因分析与整改经验，组织内部质量培训，反向赋能研发、生产、供应链团队，提升全链路质量管控能力，形成 “售后问题 - 整改落地 - 流程优化 - 能力提升” 的持续改进闭环。 5. 售后质量风险管控与预警 - 监控售后质量数据的异常波动，建立售后质量风险预警机制，提前识别批量性质量风险，及时推动相关部门采取遏制措施，避免风险扩大，保障产品交付与品牌口碑； - 参与产品设计评审、量产放行评审，从售后质量视角提出设计、生产管控优化建议，提前规避售后高发质量风险。

任职要求 基本要求 1. 本科及以上学历，211/985 院校优先，机械工程、车辆工程、自动化、电子电气、质量管理等相关专业； 2. 3 年及以上汽车行业客户质量、售后质量管控工作经验，或小米、华为、大疆等消费电子 / 高端装备行业同类产品客户质量相关工作经验； 3. 精通 8D/PSP 问题解决流程、5Why、鱼骨图等根因分析工具，具备复杂售后质量问题的分析、整改推动与闭环管理能力； 4. 具备良好的数据分析能力、跨部门协调能力、客户沟通能力，能独立主导客户质量投诉处理与质量改进项目落地。 专业加分项 1. 有人形机器人、工业机器人、精密电机 / 传动机构产品售后质量、客户质量管控经验者优先； 2. 具备 IATF16949、ISO9001 质量体系内部审核员资质者优先； 3. 有整车厂、Tier1 汽车零部件企业客户质量、售后质量工作经验，熟悉主机厂客户质量管控要求者优先。 素质要求 1. 具备极强的质量意识、客户导向思维与结果导向思维，能站在客户与公司品牌视角推动质量问题解决； 2. 具备优秀的逻辑思维能力、沟通表达能力、谈判能力，能高效对接客户、协调跨部门资源，推动复杂问题闭环； 3. 能适应创业公司快节奏工作环境，具备较强的抗压能力、执行力与持续学习能力，能主动发现并推动解决质量问题。 工作地点 北京市亦庄经济技术开发区
