核心岗位职责 1. 研发质量项目统筹与体系搭建 - 统筹公司全系列人形机器人产品的研发质量项目进度，制定研发质量管控计划，明确各阶段质量节点、交付标准与责任人，跟进项目落地，保障研发项目按质量要求如期交付； - 搭建并完善公司研发端质量管控体系，落地 APQP 产品先期质量策划、DFMEA 设计失效模式分析、DRBFM 设计评审等汽车行业标准管控流程，适配人形机器人产品研发特性，实现设计端质量风险前置管控。 2. 产品验证与测试全流程管控 - 统筹协调产品测试、全项验证工作，联合研发、测试团队制定产品验证计划、测试大纲与验收标准，覆盖性能、可靠性、环境、安全等全维度测试项； - 跟进测试与验证项目进度，管控测试过程质量，组织测试异常问题的根因分析、整改推动与效果验证，确保产品验证全流程闭环，保障产品设计方案符合量产与客户使用要求。 3. 新产品导入（NPI）质量管控 - 负责新产品从试产到 SOP 量产的全流程质量管控，制定试产质量管控方案，组织试产前的质量评审、过程审核，识别试产过程中的设计、工艺、装配类质量风险； - 推动试产问题的整改闭环，制定量产转产标准与质量管控要求，完成新产品量产质量放行，保障新产品平稳导入量产，实现量产质量指标达标。 4. 设计端质量风险管控与优化 - 深度参与产品设计全流程，组织设计评审、设计验证评审，从质量视角提出设计优化建议，推动设计端防错措施落地，提前规避设计缺陷导致的量产与售后质量问题； - 基于售后质量数据、量产质量问题，反向推动研发端设计优化，形成 “售后问题 - 设计整改 - 验证落地” 的闭环机制，持续提升产品设计质量与可靠性。 5. 跨部门协同与质量能力建设 - 衔接研发、测试、生产、供应链、售后等跨部门团队，协调解决研发、试产、量产过程中的跨部门质量问题，保障质量管控流程全链路落地； - 沉淀研发质量管控经验与案例库，组织研发端质量工具、管控流程的内部培训，提升全团队研发质量意识与管控能力。

任职要求 基本要求 1. 本科及以上学历，211/985 院校优先，机械工程、车辆工程、自动化、电子电气、机器人工程等相关专业； 2. 5 年及以上汽车行业研发质量、新产品导入质量管控工作经验，或小米、华为、大疆等消费电子 / 高端装备行业同类产品研发质量相关工作经验； 3. 熟悉 APQP、DFMEA、PPAP、8D 等汽车行业标准质量管控工具，具备完整的新产品从研发到量产的全流程质量管控经验； 4. 具备良好的项目统筹能力、跨部门协调能力、问题分析与解决能力，能独立主导研发质量项目落地，推动复杂质量问题闭环。 专业加分项 1. 有人形机器人、工业机器人、精密电机 / 传动机构产品研发质量管控经验者优先； 2. 具备 IATF16949、ISO9001 质量体系内部审核员资质者优先； 3. 有整车厂、Tier1 汽车零部件企业研发质量、NPI 质量工作经验者优先。 素质要求 1. 具备极强的质量意识与结果导向思维，能主动识别质量风险，推动问题从源头解决； 2. 具备良好的逻辑思维能力、沟通表达能力，能高效协调跨部门资源，推动项目落地； 3. 能适应创业公司快节奏工作环境，具备较强的抗压能力、执行力与持续学习能力。
