岗位职责 - 负责人形机器人系统应用、技术支持与项目交付体系建设，制定流程规范、能力模型和团队分工； - 带领团队支撑全球高校、科研实验室、企业客户及重点项目的部署、调试、培训和二次开发支持； - 主导复杂系统问题分析与闭环，推动软件、运控算法、硬件、系统、产品团队协同解决问题； - 建立标准化问题排查流程、知识库、技术文档、培训体系和版本验证机制； - 系统性收集客户真实场景问题和需求，推动产品优化、版本迭代和稳定性提升； - 统筹国内外重点客户、重大项目、展会活动和品牌项目的技术保障工作； - 负责团队建设、成员培养、能力分层和人才梯队建设。 任职要求 - 本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、机器人、机电一体化、电子信息等相关专业优先； - 5年以上智能硬件、工业机器人、服务机器人、自动化设备、无人机、自动驾驶或 AIoT 相关经验； - 有机器人、智能硬件或复杂系统产品的研发背景、系统工程背景、现场应用经验或技术交付经验； - 熟悉机器人或智能设备的软件、控制、系统架构、通信、传感器、嵌入式系统、仿真环境等至少一个方向； - 有技术支持团队管理、FAE团队管理、项目交付管理、解决方案团队管理或技术负责人经验； - 具备较强的复杂问题拆解能力、跨团队协同能力和团队管理能力； - 能够接受短期出差，适应重点客户、项目交付、重大活动和海外客户支持等工作场景； - 有海外客户项目经验，能够使用英语进行技术交流者优先。 加分项 - 熟悉 Linux、ROS、控制系统、机器人 SDK、Isaac Sim / Isaac Lab、Gazebo 等工具或技术栈； - 有人形机器人、四足机器人、工业机器人、自动驾驶、无人机、智能硬件整机产品经验； - 有从 0 到 1 搭建技术支持、FAE、交付、售后服务或客户工程团队的经验； - 有重点客户、重大项目、展会演示、赛事保障或高压现场技术保障经验； - 有开发者生态、SDK支持、客户二次开发支持或技术文档体系建设经验
