1. 客户对接与需求挖掘：深度对接潜在客户，主导技术交流，精准挖掘并理解客户的核心需求与业务痛点。陪同销售拜访客户，提供专业的技术演示和咨询，建立客户对技术能力的信任。 2. 方案设计与讲解：基于客户需求，独立或协调研发团队，撰写具有竞争力的、定制化的人形机器人解决方案（包括技术方案、可行性分析、效益评估等）。熟练进行方案宣讲、产品演示，并能有力地回答客户提出的各类技术细节、场景适配性问题。 3. 技术与市场材料制作：负责制作售前技术文档，包括但不限于：技术白皮书、产品介绍、应用案例、竞争分析报告等。主导准备上市材料，为新产品/新解决方案的发布提供全面的市场和技术支持包，确保销售和市场团队能准确、一致地传递产品价值。 4. 渠道培训与赋能：负责对渠道合作伙伴进行系统性的产品、技术和方案培训，提升其技术理解与方案销售能力。开发并迭代针对渠道的标准化培训课程、认证体系及赋能工具包（如标准PPT、话术、演示指南等），确保渠道赋能的可复制性与高效性。 5. 作为渠道的技术后盾，为渠道伙伴提供的项目方案进行审核、优化，并提供远程或现场的技术支持 6. 内部协同与支持：作为市场与研发之间的关键纽带，清晰传递市场声音和客户反馈，为产品迭代优化提供决策输入。支持市场部活动，如技术研讨会、行业展会等，进行技术演讲和产品展示。

职位要求： 职位要求： 1. 学历：本科及以上学历，机器人工程、自动化、机械电子、计算机等相关工科背景。 2. 经验：3年以上To-B售前技术支持/解决方案工程师经验，有机器人、高端装备、工业自动化等领域经验者优先。 3. 卓越的表达与沟通能力：能够与不同技术背景的客户顺畅交流，具备出色的方案讲解和演讲能力。 4. 扎实的方案撰写能力：能独立撰写逻辑清晰、数据详实、具有说服力的技术方案书。 5. 快速学习与解决问题能力：对人形机器人技术充满热情，能快速掌握新技术，并针对复杂场景设计解决方案。 6. 出色的协同能力：具备强大的内外部协调和项目推动能力。 7. 加分项：对人形机器人行业发展有深刻理解和独到见解。有成功支持大型项目落地的经验。英语流利，能够支持海外客户者优先。
